THE PROCESS · WHY THIS PIECE IS DIFFERENT
Machine-moulded, hand-painted, then included in a large prayer ceremony.
ES pieces begin with a machine-moulded form, providing a more consistent base structure. Colour and visible details are then finished by hand by workshop artisans or workers. After completion, the pieces are included together with other devotional objects during a large-scale Buddhist prayer ceremony, where they remain present for collective prayers and blessing rites. This series therefore combines repeatable production with a real layer of hand finishing and religious context.
